Vintage Red and Black short sleeve sweater

This is a mid 90s vintage sweater. The brand is 1055 Park and I believe this fits a medium or large depending on the fit you want. Measurements are: 21 inches armpit to armpit, 22.5 inches from the back of the neck to the bottom. Size and care tag are both missing.
