The print is so cool and the shape is so flattering. Passes the twirl test. 100% Rayon made in the USA. Probably 80's vintage based on the style. The RN suggests 70s. I'd put money on the 80s. The 4 on the tag does not reflect modern sizing. More like a 0. See measurements. All taken flat. Waist: 12" no stretch Hips: Free Length: 29" Model Measurements: Waist 27" Hips 34" height 5'5".
