gladys Hi, does it have shoulder pads and if so, is it removable? Also, is this true to size? Vintage tends to be small. Thanks! Very interested 😊

chelseah35 @gladys it does not have shoulder pads! Honestly I think it was home made, I can't find any tags in it. The waist measures 29" and stretches to about 36" I noticed a small stain when I pulled it out to measure, so I'm working on that now and want to make sure that comes out before you purchase. I'm very pregnant so I can't try it on to show you what it looks like :/
