Vintage Red and White Romper

Vintage red and white romper with whimsical circle design. It appears to be a dress, but please look at the final picture. The flap of the skirt lifts to reveal shorts underneath. Size tag says 14 but it fits more like a modern day 4-6. For reference, I’m 5’ 5 1/4” tall, weigh 120 lbs, 34 1/2” bust and 26 1/2” waist. I usually wear a size 4 in dresses and size 28 in jeans. This piece fits me with room to spare.
