Vintage Regency Cashmere overcoat

Vintage Regency Cashmere overcoat. Tan. Does not have size on tag. I did my best to measure, but may be slight errors. Has 5 buttons down the front- top button shows when buttoned, other 4 are covered by the fabric overlay. Coat has some stains on it throughout on the outside (see pictures for examples), and the inside has a lot of wear/staining (maybe moths or mold from an attic?), especially on the bottom half, tried to get good pics/video as example, but difficult to show well on camera. Some minor pulls/tears throughout as shown in pictures. I'm hopeful that with a good dry clean and some TLC this coat could have a lot more life in it!! 23" armpit to armpit 23-24" Sleeve length from top of sleeve (difficult measure due to how the coat is designed), around 17.5" from armpit inseam to sleeve hem, about 30.25" from collar seam to sleeve hem About 50" tall from the high point of the shoulder
