Vintage Regency brooch baby blue

This is for the sale of 1 brooch Prong setting Gorgeous Regency brooch It’s vintage , yet it looks brand new! Super sparkly! I read Regency used Swarovski but I can’t confirm. But that could be the reason it SPARKLES!! ** PRONG SETTING Has a blue glass bead hanging. I think it has aurora borealis effect I researched and there aren’t too many brooches with the glass work bead hanging. Regency was made from the 1950s to the 1970s by Regina Novelty Company which was based in New York City and owned by the Polowitz family. The jewelry produced was known for spectacular color hues, high quality designs, superior materials and fine workmanship.
