Vintage Removable Jeweled Brooch Red and Green Belt

I found this really fun belt in my grandmother’s closet. It could be from the 60s, 70s, 80s, who knows? The brooch is removable. There are two stones which have fallen out but can be glued back into place. The belt is very stiff and would have to be pressed into position. It closes with hooks. It measures approximately 31.5” inches.
