Fabulous cobalt blue wool pencil skirt made by Rena Rowan for Saville. Calf-length midi skirt with slit that hits above knee. Ultra flattering high waist with darts, fitted all the way through waist and hip. Fully lined. Vintage size 6, please see measurements. Very good vintage condition with very minor pilling in a few places, not obvious. Waist- 14” flat Length- 33”
