Dress has POCKETS! 98% cotton and 2% elastane. Last 2 photos are taken with short petticoat under skirt. Dress pictured with a short petticoat and cropped fitted black and white skull sweater that are NOT included, but available for purchase. Length of bodice from top of sweetheart neckline to waist seam measures 10 inches, total length to bottom of hemline 27 inches. In excellent condition.
