Vintage mens tie by Resilio and Made Expressly for Gilberts fine store in South Bend Indiana. the store motto was, " One man tells Another" This store closed approximately 1990's. this is a high quality tie in navy b lue and yellow/gold stripe. has a brand metal tag attached on back, see pics. has a small flaw in the lining on back side, see last pic. may have minor wear, it is at least about 30 years old , but looks great! so cool!
