Vintage Resin Handle Handbag

Vintage Morris Moscowitz navy blue leather handbag with resin interlocking handles. Cross the handles to open and close. Label says "capeskin" which used to be leather from a special goat from the Cape of Good Hope, but I don't know if that is the case for this bag.
