Vintage Retro 1970's Fit and Flare Red dress

Beautiful and flattering vintage 1970s red with white square fit and flare dress with butterfly collar. This dress may be handmade by the looks of the stitching and there is no label or size tag. Please refer to measurements. Measurements are flat lay measurements and are approximate. Dress has a little bit of stretch to it. Pit to pit 18.5", waist 15", length from shoulder 37, length of skirt part from waist area 21.5". This dress is vintage and does show a little bit of wear a few minor snags. I did not come across any marks to note. Smoke free home. Cross posted
