Adorable vintage wrap skirt. It is completely reversible. One side is solid pink and the other is striped. It's in great preowned condition. The size is adjustable. No tags, so it could be handmade. If so, it's made really well. MEASUREMENTS--all measured with item laying flat. --The length down the side of the skirt is --The width at the top of the skirt, across the top of the waist area, with the skirt as small as it will go is 11 inches. measured across the front only. --The skirt waist area opens up to 33 inches when laid flat out.
