Vintage Revue Black Mesh Overlay Embriodered Skirt

Black fully lined with mesh embriodered overlay vintage skirt by Revue. Side seam has opened on 1 side. Waistband elastic feels worn and therefore looks lumpy when laid flat, still functions a bit to stretch. Beading at the hem has fell off in about 3 places. Embriodery looks slightly fuzzy upclose from age. Overall in just okay condition. Measurements laid flat- 14" Waist 19" hip 26" length fabric has stretch
