Vintage Rhonda Lee Button Down Blouse with Tie Size Large. The size says 14, however it’s a vintage 14 so I believe it to be more of a 10/12. Buttons down the front, at the wrists, and you get to make a beautiful bow around the neck! The shirt is in great condition, however the tag is worn so it’s difficult out to see care instructions.
