Vintage Roberto Cavalli Class Wool Gauze, Damask, Lace Skirt NWT

Vintage Roberto Cavalli Class Wool Gauze, Damask, Lace Skirt. I bought this skirt at Bergdorf’s in the 90’s and it was a bit too small for me so it got packed away. It’s so beautiful and hard to capture in my photos. The fabric is an airy lightweight crinkle wool rich gauze , mixed with a subtle black damask yoke. Three floaty layers, the bottom one is a wool embroidered mesh Side zip Raw edge 1/2” trim at waist Marked Italian size 44, I have photographed it on a size 8 mannequin, and the waist measures 30” , which is supposed to be worn slightly below the waist . I would call it a U.S. size 8
