Vintage Ronni Nicole Black Long stretchy mock neck dress, sparkly flowers size 4

vintage Ronni Nicole dress, size 4. dress still has the tags with it. This was my grandmother's from back in the 90's I think. the dress has shoulder pads. There is loose thread around one of the sleeves (see photos). black color slightly faded near neck (see photos).
