Vintage Rose Quartz Enamel Statement Ring

I am the original owner of this ring and it was made by a company called stately steal. I ordered a size 10 when I bought it and the ring the mandrel shows that it is smaller. Please see images. I have always thought it ran smaller. This is a thick heavy ring. This ring is not signed. There are inclusions in the stone with is a pink quartz and it has natural wear.
