Ross Simons Sterling Silver Gemstone Sapphire Emerald Ruby Pierced Earrings

When Ross Simons got it right, they really got it right. From the 70s/80s or so, here's a pair of Sterling Silver (hallmarked as pictured) gemstone earrings in the multi-color gemstone floral/flower design. Covered with a heavy layer of yellow gold, the gemstones include dark blue sapphires, green emeralds, red rubies and yes, tiny diamonds; all 36 stones are about 1.5 points each for a total weight of about 1/2CT TW . Height is 5/8"; width is 1/2". Combined weight of the pair (with nuts) is 3.9 grams. 18 gems to each earrings. Findings are posts with oversized nuts for added security (NOT original to the pair). Just gorgeous and priced to find a new home quickly.
