Vintage Roulette Formal Maxi dress, size 10

Vintage Roulette Maxi dress with a braided tie halter neck, and a really funky mermaid-like pattern. the inner lining is stretchy but the outer lining is stiff so the dress fits pretty true to size, could maybe fit a size 12 as well!
