Vintage “talk of the walk Atlantic City” royal blue cocktail dress. Strapless dress with large bow at waist with rhinestone detail. Size tag reads 12 but I think this runs small, see measurements below. Feels like a polyester material. Good used condition, some runs in the fabric and eye hook missing from top of zipper.
