Vintage Royal Blue Gown Made in the USA with Puffy Sleeves and Back Bow 11/12

Vintage 1980’s ball gown made from the Int. Ladies Garment Workers Union in the USA. Dry cleaned and stain free. Material does not stretch. A nice A Line gown with zip up and hook closure. A beautiful bow that clips over the back with some lace. Royal Blue in color. Full waist size is 32”, pit to pit is 17” with a total length of 52”. This dress has no inner liner. Smoke free home.
