Vintage Royal Bones Hot Topic Y2K black & purple corset bodice halter top

I bought this brand new at least fifteen years ago (maybe more!) and never wore it. It is new with tags still attached. It's a black & purple corset style top. It doesn't have any boning in it and won't reduce your waist size. The fabric is a solid black fabric with panels of a shiny purple fabric. It has a black zipper up the back, laces up the front with satin ribbon, and has halter-style straps that can be tied at different lengths (or removed). It's a size XL. The chest measures about 18", the length is about 16.5" (not including straps), the waist is about 16.5", and about 18" at the bottom. Those measurements were taken while the item was laying flat. The material has stretch. The straps are attached in the front with buttons (see photo), and they can be removed. The top of this bodice has sheer ruffles with an unfinished hem (see photo).
