Vintage Royal Bones Hot Topic Y2K corset bodice top

I bought this brand new at least fifteen years ago (maybe more!) and never wore it. It is new with tags still attached. It's a black corset style top. It doesn't have any boning in it and won't reduce your waist size. The fabric is a solid black fabric with skull lace straps. It has a black zipper up the side and laces up the front with satin ribbon. It's a size XXL. The chest measures about 18.5", the length is about 21", the waist is about 16", and about 18" at the bottom. Those measurements were taken while the item was laying flat. The material has lots of stretch because of the smocked panel in the back. The straps are attached in the back with buttons (see photo), so they can be adjusted. They cannot be removed in the front. There is a small section of wonky stitching on the front of the top (see photo).
