RARE Royal Copenhagen vintage porcelain gold-filled cufflinks - Horn & Lyre. Limited edition, rare find! This design is “one of a very limited edition.”. Considered “collectors item,” “these cuff links are hand decorated fired to a rich high luster and set into a handsome setting.” Limited Edition Royal Copenhagen cufflinks were made by SWANK mid-century. An internet search demonstrates the rarity of this particular design. Original owner was a 1960s NYC Ad Man who wore these links to many a formal (and not so formal) affair. The porcelain does show crazing, but many would agree it only adds to the links' beauty and classic, nostalgic, sophisticated look. A handsome accessory for a special occasions (weddings, anniversary dinners, award ceremonies, etc.), or any occasion when a little extra style and sophistication feels in order! Some have described wearing Royal Copenhagen cufflinks as "like wearing an expensive piece of art with historical craftsmanship."
