Vintage Ruby & Sapphire Articulated Sterling Silver 925 Dancing Clown Pendant 🤡

Blast from my past! Gift from a boyfriend back in the 80s. He “dances“ - arms, legs & head move when you shake it. Signed 925 on the back of his “shirt“; faintly stamped. Don’t see a makers mark, but could be too faint to see, or hidden because so many details in this. Don’t see any missing stones. 1 stone on his right thigh appears to be a bit lifted, unless it’s just darker than the others. Looked very carefully, forgive me if I missed any. Tips of his clown shoe toes don’t have stones, they’re hollow. Blue & red stones, along with larger clear stones. The clear make up the front buttons, as well as his very large, oversized collar & a large portion of his “hat“. What are these clear stones? Is this a clear sapphire? Another gem? Ruby eyes. All materials untested! There is discoloration & it is dull - if you want shine, will need a very good cleaning. Overall scratches which are noticeable on the back side (would be against your chest). If you look at it from the side, the head area, which acts as the bale, has a crooked indentation; you cannot see it from the front. Add a chain & will be an awesome piece! Plenty of room for all different thicknesses. See close-ups. This is very vintage, worn often, but has not seen the light of day since likely 1989. Comes to you as is. Will need TLC, but is beautiful. I know they still make these, but this one is absolutely loaded… especially w/those huge clear stones & chest full of gems! Don’t make them like this anymore. NPC161
