Vintage Ruffle Dress 1980s or 1990s - Gorgeous cocktail dress or Prom dress!

I am the original owner and I wore this dress to a Christmas party or New Years party back in the late 80s or early 90s. It has been dry cleaned but needs some steaming from hanging inside a dress bag. Stunning black and white dress with large ruffles that can be worn on top of the shoulder or off the shoulder. zipper in back. I believe this is a Size 6 as measurements approx 17.5" armpit to armpit and 15" waist area. Length will be slightly below knee. Fabric feels like the polyester/rayon blend that dominated that Era.
