Vintage Ruffle Romantic Top

This is a vintage off-the-shoulder top with a ruffled neckline. I absolutely love this shirt, I just never have anywhere to wear it. It’s in great condition. It’s a little older so there is some use around the top button and the fabric makes it a little delicate, but no damage at all. The ribbon around the neckline allows for an adjustable aspect for the off-the-shoulder look. Probably best for a size XS-S.
