Vintage Ruffled Button-Down Shirt

This is a perfect shirt. I’m selling because it’s a size too small for me. It’s a true XS or XXS even. The bands around the sleeves are small on me, as is the shoulder/chest area. I’m usually a true size small, 32-34 band in bras and a B cup. I think this is best for someone who’s like a 30 and very slender biceps. I can take measurements on request. Italian vintage, 100 percent cotton, small hole in shoulder pictured.
