Vintage Russ Houndstooth Pencil Skirt

Vintage pleated Russ navy and white houndstooth pencil skirt. Apologies for the wrinkles, it's been in storage for quite some time! Still in great shape. Two functional side pockets. Slit in the back hem. Waistband has a zipper and button closure, and there's some elastic in the waist. Like I said, it is pleated from the top waistband (see picture 8).
