Vintage Russ Togs Petite Velour and Tweed Blazer Jacket

In excellent condition for vintage jacket. Russ petite, a division of Russ Togs. Lapel in black velour and rest of jacket is black and white tweed. Short length, two working pockets and one button closure. Three buttons on end of sleeves. Union made by The International Ladies' Garment Workers' Union.
