Vintage Russian Lacquer Brooch/Pin Signed

Beautiful Russian lacquer brooch. Handpainted floral design with an ornate borderr. Slightly domed. The many coats of lacquer give it depth and protection. This is an oval brooch measuring approximately 2-3/8 inches in length. It is signed and dated 1992. There is a pin stem on the back that secures under a C-wire/hook.
