Vintage SEALED REVELL B-17G Flying Fortress 1/48 Scale, #5600 MODEL KIT 2004

This is a brand new, Sealed, Vintage from 2004 model kit of the B-17G Flying Fortress. Model 85-56000 It is 1:48 Scale Ages 10 and up Skill level 2 THE BOX IS FACTORY SEALED AND IN EXCELLENT CONDITION considering that it is 20 years old. There is a 1/2 year in the plastic in the front of the box, above the 1 of 17, and a 1/4 year on the left rear corner (see photos numbers 14 & 15). Length: 19 3/16 Wingspan: 25 15/16 Gun turrets rotate and the propellers spin Cockpit and compartments for bombardier, navigator, radio operator and gunners are fully detailed with seals, controls, and instrument panels. About the B-17 Flying Fortress: Developed in the 1930s for the United States Army Air Corps, the four-engine B-17 Flying Fortress heavy bomber was often equipped with up to 13 .50-caliber machine guns at once. Distinguishing features of the "G" variant - the final version - included a Bendix remotely-operated chin turret and revised, remotely-operated tail gun turrets.
