Vintage Sacha Italy ivory shoulder bag

Gorgeous ivory bag marked Sacha Italy. No materials tag, but the outside appears to be leather to me and lined in a non-leather material. Measures 10 inches tall and 13 inches wide at its widest point. Bag is in good vintage condition. The strap has a short section where the stitching has come loose and the interior does have something pink that blood on the lining. Slight wear at the corners See pictures.
