Vintage Sailor dress gold double breast navy blue

The condition is very good for its age. No noticeable flaws and no damage. The only little flaw is on the inside collar, the is a little color fading bleaching( please see the last picture) which can be fixed. Otherwise the dress is a dream and the condition is amazing. I would say 70s 80s. Maybe even 60s but I am not an expert and just guessing. Super elegant and flattering fit.
