Vintage Sailor-Style Mini Dress

This is a vintage sailor collar dress with a cute little cape going around the shoulders and buttons up the back. note that the buttons close up this dress and can be undone. armpit to armpit: 18" length from shoulder: about 31.5" bottom width: around 24" There is stretch to this material but it just barely fit me when I was a size 6. it has the tiniest little yellow speck on the front toward the middle. I tried to take a photo. It could easily be removed and is very faint.
