Vintage Saint Germaine Button Up Top

Gorgeous Vintage Navy Blue Button up by Saint Germain Paris. Size Medium. Gold ordained button up with buttons on the front pockets. Does have shoulder pads which can be easily removed by the Velcro attachments. By the looks of the tag, I do not think this piece has ever been worn… The hems on the wrists and the front of the top do hang down on one side…might need a few stitches or hem tape. No other flaws Approx bust 21” length 30”
