Vintage Saint Tropez West Carole Little Maxi Dress W/Chiffon Overlay Size 14

This navy and tan sleeveless floral dress was bought in the 1990s at a Carole Little store and never worn. Tag reads imported fabric which I am guessing is rayon and/or nylon. The overlay is sheer and ties at the sides. Fabric of dress or overlay do not stretch. Measurements include bust 42, hips 52”, length back of neck to hem off dress is 53”, overlay 4” shorter.
