Vintage Saks Velveteen classic swing dress

A classic full-skirt dress from Saks Fifth Avenue. Size is a 10 or 12 most likely with these dimensions: —16” pit to pit laying flat —26” shoulder to bottom of hem —3/4 sleeves: 12” The beautiful skirt swings and is full. See photos. The dress is piped with a satin-type ribbing, Tiny rosebuds and a classic Peter Pan collar complete the elegance of this little lady dress. The only real flaw I see is a faded ribbon on one of the rosebuds. (See photo) All the rosebuds could easily be replaced to freshen their vibrancy.
