Vintage Salvatore Ferragamo leather purse .. Made in Italy .. Can be used as a clutch or does have shoulder strap; strap measures 46 inches so could be used as a cross body bag .. 2 gold button snaps inside to close the bag .. 1 zippered pocked inside, too .. Bag is cream, tan snakeskin, and black patent leather materials .. small stain on cream leather (picture above)
