Vintage Sampler Cross Stitch on Linen Framed Midcentury Modern

Well-executed cross stitched sentiment about friendship completed on linen fabric circa 1940’s / 1950’s (educated guess.) This was inherited from my family’s estate. The linen shows some light age-related wear, adding character. This handmade piece measures overall approximately 14.5” x 11”. The frame is solid wood and in nice condition. It is behind glass with hardware is attached (somewhat crude) but should suffice. If you’d prefer a sawtooth hanger let me know and I’ll include one with your purchase.
