Vintage Sam’s white petticoat skirt size small 15 inches long

Gorgeous fluffy solid white petticoat by Sam’s in size small. In good condition!! A couple small stains along the waist. Can probably be washed off. A couple places where the ruffles came undone but fixable if you know how to sew! Didn’t see any pulls or holes. Length is 15 inches. Waist is stretchy but has worn out over time as it’s vintage so may need a new elastic. Super high quality skirt! Not like the ones on Amazon! Super full and fluffy and bouncy!! Can be worn under dresses and skirts or even on its own! Hard to find good quality ones like these today! Perfect for dress up, parties, dance, festivals, concerts and everyday wear!!
