Vintage Samuel Blue Women's Dress - Blue with White Floral Pattern Elastic Waist, Matching Material Belt (may be tied in front or a bow in back) No tags with size or material content Dress is from the early 1980's and I believe was a size 6 (I have another Samuel Blue Dress from the same time with a size 6 tag) Please note that sizing from the 1980's would actually be a smaller size by today's standards.
