Beautiful, unique vintage jacket by Sandy Starkman. Patchwork and pinstitch flowers with a scattering of beads, sequins and ribbons. Lightweight tie-dyed pink lining and lightly padded shoulders. Dimensional multicolor buttons down front. Straight hemmed sleeve cuffs can be turned up or worn down. Could probably be worn buttoned up as a top. 100% Rayon.
