Retro 1950’s flare dress is about knee length, a flares beautifully around. Wear alone or with a tiered slip makes the dress pop out more. The top is black and has long sleeves while the bottom half is a vintage Santa Claus pattern. High waist and zips up in the back. The dress is size L. Brand new, never been worn and has no defects- it just doesn’t fit.
