Vintage Sarah Coventry Gold double octagon brooch

this brooch belonged to my mom. I am not sure of the date, but I'm thinking the 70's or '60s. it is a light gold in color. some wear noticeable. Could be cleaned better than I was able to do. measures about one and a quarter inches
