Vintage Sarah Coventry Necklace Delicate Gold Tone Filigree with Faux Pearl

This is such a beautiful and dainty little necklace. The pendant has a leaf type shape with filigree detail and a pretty faux pearl embellishment. Marked Sarah Coventry. There is a small gold ring on one side of the chain, as shown in pictures. I do not know if it is decorative or a repair.
