Vintage Sarah Coventry brooch leaf jewelry

Brooch is in good used vintage condition and kept in a smoke free home. Gold tone leaf has a faux pearl and what appears to be a nick at the end of the stem. It was made with this look of a nick. It is gold plated over that mark on stem and all of the brooches identical to this one have the same nick.
