Vintage Saree Royal Blue Silk Very Ornate Faux Pearl with Glass Beads Sari

I’ve had this lovely vintage silk sari for many years, only displayed it over a mirror but not worn. It is vintage, not newly made. The silk is a beautiful royal blue color, machine sewn design along the yardage of sort of treble clef notes in white thread and gold glass beads; one treble clef is missing some of the gold beads. It is scalloped along the edges with white and gold thread. Either end has a lot of beading in faux pearls, very ornate design and lots of them with lots of tiny gold glass beads and white embroidered flower design. The ends also have little faux pearl drop beads, but some are missing on one end and several are missing on the other end. It still displays well, I think, and I would think more of some similar could be added.All the bead work makes it heavy on either end. The silk is still very beautiful without any tears but it is older and there is one tiny pull that made s a little hole, it is hard to capture in the photos but I took a picture of it. Overall, pretty amazing condition for the age, which I’m not sure of the exact age but I’ve had it for some decades now, so I’m guess 1960s? But I’m not sure. It is very elaborate. There is no tag for content, but it is silk and there is no tag for who made it but I believe it is commercial made, likely in India, some years ago. It measures about 2 yards 12” long by over a yard on either end. Please see all photos for best representation. All images were taken with flash photography.
