Vintage Sasson 1990s Blue Open Knit Sweater

I couldn't find a size, but I'd say it's a small or medium Bust: 22" Length: 21" flat lay Royal blue open knit sweater. Long sleeve, crew neck, slightly cropped or waist length. Good used condition. From the 90s I think or late 80s.
